Exchanges, returns, complaints

We always try to ensure that the goods sold by us meet all the expectations of our customers. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with the purchase, it is possible to exchange / returns / complaints.

Each of our clients has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded remotely within 14 days without giving a reason. This time counts from the date of receipt of the ordered goods. The option to withdraw from the contract expires after this time. In order to exercise this right, the Store should be informed of its decision to withdraw from the contract by e-mail. From this moment you have 14 days to return the goods to the following address: Sara Gawron, os. Dywizjonu 303 26/2, 31-873 Kraków, Polska (Poland).

The returned goods must be accompanied by an invoice and a letter of withdrawal from the agreement concluded remotely.


In order to comply with the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient that you send the package, together with the form attached to it, before the deadline of 14 days. You can give the shipment to any carrier. We advise you to return the goods using methods confirming the shipment – no confirmation of posting in the event of loss of the parcel may prevent processing of the return. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer We do not accept parcels on delivery.

Goods must be intact, undamaged, with no signs of use, with all elements (eg tags, etc.). Returned merchandise should also be properly secured and packed in such a way that it will not be damaged during transport.

In case of effective withdrawal from the sales contract, the contract is considered void. The payment refund is suspended until the goods are received back. No later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods along with a written statement of withdrawal from the contract, a refund will be made. The return includes the cost of the goods and the amount of the cheapest available form of delivery. If during the ordering you chose a different form of delivery than the cheapest one, the Store is not obliged to refund any additional costs incurred. The payment will be returned using the same method that was chosen when placing the order.

In the event that the returned goods prove to be damaged or have traces of use, going beyond the scope of normal testing of the goods (that is, the value of the goods will decrease), the Store reserves the right to make use of the provisions governing the compensation of the entrepreneur. The estimation of the damage may constitute part or all of the amount (in the case of total destruction of the item) corresponding to the value of the goods. The compensation will be deducted from the amount that the Store is obliged to return to the customer as a result of withdrawing from the sale agreement.

If, within two years from the date of purchase, the goods are found to be incompatible with the contract, you may use their right to complain. Complaints regarding defective goods should be made in the same way as in the case of return. Goods should be sent back to our address along with the form.


We anticipate a deadline of up to 14 days for consideration of the complaint. If the complaint is accepted, the damaged product will be repaired or exchanged for the same, full value product. If this is not possible, the Shop will refund you the cost of the transaction or will offer another item, currently available on offer, to choose from.
